The website provisions apply to use of our website. App licenses and purchase terms are described below. They do not replace a separate license agreement supplied with an app or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

III. Who can use the website

• You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.
• Website users who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental or guardian consent and supervision.
• Users under 13 are not permitted to use the website.

Apps from the App Store and Mac App Store

Unless a separate custom EULA is provided for a particular app, Doinno apps obtained through the Apple App Store or Mac App Store are licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). This applies to both free and paid apps. The website license restrictions above do not replace or narrow that app license.

Apps downloaded directly from Doinno

The Apple Standard EULA does not automatically apply to software downloaded outside the App Store. Unless a separate license is supplied with a direct-download app, Doinno grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that app on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use, subject to the purchase or free-use terms presented with the app.

You may not resell or sublicense a direct-download app, distribute modified copies, or bypass license controls. Restrictions do not apply where prohibited by law or where an included open-source license expressly permits the activity. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

A separate license supplied with an app takes precedence for that app. The website-specific provisions of these terms do not impose additional restrictions on app use. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

VII. Prohibited behavior

You agree not to:

• use the website in violation of applicable laws;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with website functionality;
• misuse trademarks, copyrighted materials, or website content;
• engage in harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

VIII. Availability of the website

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access.

IX. Charges

Doinno apps may be free, offer optional paid features, or require a purchase. Available options may include auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases. The features included, price, billing period, and any trial conditions are shown before purchase. Not every app offers every purchase option.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal. For purchases made through Apple, you can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. If a trial is offered, the purchase screen explains its duration, eligibility, and the price charged after the trial.

One-time purchases do not renew automatically. The features, license duration, and any update entitlement included are those described at the time of purchase. A one-time purchase does not by itself promise access to every future product or separately sold feature.

Apple processes purchases made through the App Store and Mac App Store under its applicable payment and refund rules. If a product offers direct purchases outside the App Store, its checkout identifies the seller or payment provider and the applicable payment, cancellation, and refund terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

X. Third-party websites and resources

The website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.

XI. Disclaimer of warranties

Your use of the website is at your own risk. The website and its content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

XII. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doinno Digital Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website.

XIII. Legal compliance

By using the website, you represent that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.

XIV. Governing law
