diScanner creates PDFs from camera scans and photos, and lets you import existing PDFs or images from Files. Your saved documents appear in Documents.

Create your first document

  1. Tap the large scan button in the center of the bottom bar to open the camera.
  2. Allow Camera access if requested, then capture and review your pages.
  3. Finish the scan to create a document.
  4. Open the document and check the page order and readability. Tap its filename to rename it.

For existing files or photos, open Documents, tap + in the upper-right corner, and choose Photo library or Import files. This Add document menu also includes Scan documents.

Work with your pages

Tap a page to show its controls:

  • Edit adds text, drawing, shapes, signatures, stamps, and other annotations.
  • Adjust page crops, corrects edges, straightens, and enhances the page.
  • Signature opens saved signatures and lets you create one.
  • The page’s menu includes insertion, paper size, and deletion options.

Saving changes made in Edit or Adjust page requires Pro. If the purchase screen appears, review the options shown there. Basic document organization and export are separate from these editing tools.

Use the + below the page thumbnails to add pages at the end of an open PDF. Use the top-right share button to export it. Export an important document to Files or another destination when you need a separate copy.
