The small World Clock, Sunrise & Sunset Countdown, and Sun & Moon Position widgets can follow the first saved city or display a specific saved city. These configurable widgets require iOS 17.6 or later in this version.

Steps

  1. Touch and hold the widget and choose Edit Widget.
  2. Leave Show first city enabled to follow the first saved city below Local Time in diClock.
  3. To use a specific city, turn Show first city off.
  4. Tap Select city and choose a saved location.
  5. Close the editor and allow time for the widget to refresh.

Before you finish

  • Add the city in diClock first if it is missing from the picker.
  • Changing the saved order affects widgets that follow the first city. Use More > Sort and Delete to reorder the list.
  • Removing a selected city can leave a widget without a valid location; select another city in its editor.
  • List widgets use their predefined Local Time and saved-city layouts. The Contact Time widget uses the planner’s city selection in the app.
  • Lock Screen widgets do not use this city picker.

Tips

  • Verify the region when choosing cities with similar names.
  • Review widget selections after removing saved locations.
